Leads For your Bsuiness

Leads are the lifeblood for all business and are generally the result of marketing campaigns. If you start a new MLM business, you are told to start building a list of friends and family and other people you know and to be honest this is where most people fail, because you do not have the knowledge to overcome any questions your friends might have. One way around this is to get someone else to talk to your leads.

Now I am working with Billionaire Ed Mercer and he has made himself available on the phone to to answer any query regarding his 100 Millionaires project, that my leads might have and I do not think you can have better support than that.

When you have run out of people you know its time to move on and develop your own leads perhaps by building your own lead capture pages to peak peoples interest or else purchasing leads. You do need to take care when purchasing leads, to know the exact source and where they came from, as many of these leads are general leads and have been shared with hundreds of people so are often worthless. What you want are unique leads such as you get from your own marketing efforts.

Some companies allow you to share in their own marketing efforts by way of co-ops and these can be a great source of unique lead. Another way of obtaining unique leads for your business is from your existing customers by way of recommendation. These two methods work very well in my epicene and can be used to really grow your business fast.

Departure Roadblock

Planning our move to Cyprus is becoming more and more stressful, The hold up appears to be with the National Statistic 0ffice (NSO) Our lawyer say Jasmin will get here Annulment document this weekend, apart from one due from the NSO which corrects the official records, this will take another week or so and without this document we cannot get married.

We have also discovered to our horror that getting a copy of our marriage certificate could take many months some people are still waiting after a year. It seems if one lives in Manila there are quicker ways but like everything in the provinces it takes extra time.

Our solution is to travel to Cyprus and get married there, the only drawback is getting a visa for both Jasmin and Jay, We have to prove our relationship and their dependance on me. I have contacted the Registry office in Paphos and provided and we should be able to use our document provided they are stamped by the Department of Foreign affairs in Zamboanga at the same time we need to get Jay passport and an apostile of Jays Birth certificate. this once more relies on the NSO to change and Register Jays surname to that of his mother. We can foresee a problem here.

I personally do not trust the NSO, as part of our preparations to get married here (plan A) I had to get a CENOMAR certificate of no marriage in the Philippines from them. Image my surprise when it return a record saying I was Already married to another Filipino. Luckily I had my old passport and it clearly showed I was in Cyprus at the time! So they amended the record and gave me a clean result.

Timing is getting quite critical as I have learnt that Jasmin and Jays visa document which we will send to Manila have to be sent to Cyprus , before a visa can be issues.

My job at the present is together supporting documentation for their visa, with the aim of posting them the day after my birthday, which was the original day of our planned marriage.

Leaving the Philippines

Planning To Move

This last week with three months to go to our planned move, I decided its was rime to get down to some detailed planning and costing and this is why moving house is so stressful. WE last moved a year ago.

We are going to rent in Cyprus for a year, so although we have a couple of properties earmarked we will need to wait until we can inspect them and check out the surrounding areas. We we arrive we will rent an apartment for a week at the moment there a quite a few available so we plan to choose one in an area that we will also consider for long term. As soon as we know our passports and visas are going to be ready we can make bookings for flights and temporary accommodation.

Once again the local weather effected our plans our lawyer was due to go to Manila to collect final Annulment documents but flight was cancelled so the contingency time we had in our plan has been wiped out which may delay our departure, praying now for no more hiccups.

One area we have been rethinking is our baggage our initial plan was use my bike box as accompanied baggage to carry my bike and other bulky gear, but then I remembered the first time I arrived in Cyprus with the box and had to hire a stretched Limo as it was too big for an ordinary taxi so this time we will air freight it and travel only with out clothing and my computer. As we will be renting a furnished property for a year we will leave our other possessions until we either sell our house or have storage space in Cyprus.

We have had one offer on our car, which we have not yet put up for sale, but will consider nearer the time after we have advertised it as the offer is too low.

We have also had an offer on our Dipolog city house but once again not really in the ball park, so are making tentative plans for Jasmins Parents to live in the house until it is sold/

Life in the Philippines

Christmas is coming

Christmas is just over a week away and shopping is becoming a chore, with tricycles and cars clogging up the streets, the best way about town is by mountain bike, but I have noticed lately that air pollution is getting worse, there is a definite haze in the traffic areas. Last week I delivered my Christmas promotions to the local businesses and will see if they bear fruits in the future. Ben our dog is due for his annual anti rabies shot, but the vet informed me yesterday he is out of supplies, it seems that many more people are getting their dogs vaccinated these day, hopefully he will have new stocks next week. The vet confirmed my fears that when we move to Cyprus will be too costly to take the dogs with us as they do not have microchiping or suitable blood testing to meet European standards.

The first batch of carol singers made their rounds, but we are lucky that living in a gated community most are turned away at the gate. I am still not sure of what are plans are for Christmas , Jay and his grandmother are going to Manila next week but am not sure if they will return by Christmas Day, planning and organisation goes out of the window when living in the Philippines.

Business is quietening down for the holidays the only news in this area is the announcements of a change in direction for my veretekk business as it drops its affiliate program, which mean a drop in income from January, but a promise of more to come at ht end of the year.

Life in Philippines

Financial shock

This month my pension payment was reduced for some reason and caused a worrisome time. I was wondering is there had been a change in the UK to reduce pensions. It made be realise that I need to find an additional source of income to protect me in the future. Happily it has been resolved it was an administration error and after speaking to the UK tax office it will be corrected in the next payment/

I have not been able to afloat since moving to the Philippines so now I am trying my hand at virtual sailing in the Vendee Globe around the world race. Tactics and reading the weather are the keys to success, At the moment I am in the chasing pack closing in slowly on a group ahead who have run into lighter winds. I am hoping to catch the front of a new low pressure system to get me to the first ice gate off South Africa. The only problem being is that when I arrive it could be a windless area and many people being me will be closing on my heels. the highest position i have been is 100 but I dropped back to 130 due to a computer outage and am now clawing my way back currently in 109.

My computer outage was caused by a typhoon passing across Mindanao, thankfully only a few 100 people lost their lives compared to over a thousand last year as they had warnings to get into shelter. These typhoons are part of the change in global weather patterns and it is always the poor and ill-informed that seen to suffer.
